EG works closely with families, community organizations, schools, faith groups, political figures, and celebrities to provide an uplifting and refreshing approach to youth engagement.

Empowerment
We provide a safe place where our participants can freely explore their identities. We aim to help participants understand the social barriers they may face and the ways to overcome them.

Youth
EG is committed to providing opportunities for youth who experience challenges such as: stress, family conflicts, violence,
low-self worth and any other barriers they may face. We believe YOUTH are the world’s most valuable resource.

Self-Expression
We promote self-expression. The field of Performing Arts offers important tools to engage youth and provides them the liberty to
express themselves. EG uses the performing arts as a filter for young people so they can discover and enhance talents that are either unknown or not being used appropriately.
